Return and Refund Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions applicable to product returns, exchanges, and refund requests initiated by customers of Greater Golf House ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Policy applies to purchases made through our official website, greatergolfhouse.com.

3. Return Eligibility

Customers located in the United States of America are entitled to return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. For returns not due to damage, defect, or incorrect item shipped, a twenty-five percent (25%) restock fee will be applied. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

3.1 Return Conditions

Product Condition: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Packaging: Products must be returned in their original packaging with all labels, tags, and accessories included.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

Personalized or Perishable Items: Personalized or perishable items are not eligible for return.

4. How to Initiate a Return

4.1 Initiation Process

To begin a return, contact our Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order:

Email us at support@greatergolfhouse.com. Use the subject line "Return Request".

Provide your order number, reason for return, and relevant supporting details (i.e., photos, proof of purchase, proof of delivery, etc., if applicable).

Once reviewed, we will issue return instructions and, if eligible, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label, if applicable.

4.2 Packaging and Shipping

Prepare the Item: Repack the product securely in its original packaging, including all materials, manuals, and any gifts.

Documentation: Include the completed Return Authorization Form in the package.

Shipping Label: Affix the provided return label clearly on the package. Do not modify, edit, or obstruct any part of the return label.

Shipping Deadline: Return shipments must be sent within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Any shipment not sent within 7 days of receiving return instructions may be subject to denied returns.

Shipping Method: Use a trackable courier service to avoid loss or delays. Please use USPS, FedEx, or UPS as your courier. Failure to use a trackable courier may result in additional fees or denial of the return.

5. Return Shipping Fees

Unless otherwise stated:

Customer Responsibility: Any and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Company Responsibility: Greater Golf House will cover return shipping for any defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products.

6. Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Change of Mind

Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Timeframe: Return request must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Refund: A refund will be issued to your original payment method if above conditions are satisfactorily met, less an applicable 25% restocking fee.

6.2 Damaged or Defective Products

Notification: Report defects or damages within 48-hours of delivery.

Evidence: Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Resolution: We will offer a refund or a replacement, including return shipping fees, as applicable. Refunds may include a full refund or partial refund.

6.3 Incorrect Items

Notification: Contact us immediately upon receipt.

Resolution: We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned at our expense and the correct item shipped promptly.

6.4 Undelivered Products

Notification: If your order does not arrive within a reasonably expected delivery period, notify us promptly.

Resolution: We will investigate with the shipping carrier. If deemed lost, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

6.5 Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: Orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment.

After Shipment: If the order has shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the item. An applicable 25% restocking fee will be applied unless the item is damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was received.

7. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are excluded from return or refund, unless defective:

1) Custom-made or personalized products;

2) Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers);

3) Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, toiletries);

4) Gift cards, digital downloads, or licensed software.

8. Refunds

8.1 Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Eligibility is subject to the criteria set forth in Section 3.

8.2 Method and Timeframe

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of return approval.

Bank Processing: Depending on your financial institution, funds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account.

8.3 Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in the following situations:

(1) Item not in original condition or missing components, not due to our error;

(2) Item was used, altered, or damaged, not due to our error or shipping damage;

(3) Customer and Company agree to partial refund due to customer keeping the incorrect, damaged, or missing items.

9. Exchanges

9.1 Eligibility

Exchanges are available only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

9.2 Process

Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover all related shipping costs to return the defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

Change of Mind Exchanges: The customer is responsible for both return and re-shipment costs. Any replacement item(s) will not be re-shipped until additional fees are paid.

10. Timelines and Deadlines

Return Request Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days of product delivery.

Shipping Deadline: Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of return authorization.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.

11. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Return and Refund Policy affects your legal rights under applicable consumer protection legislation, including rights related to faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), EU Directive 2011/83/EU, or Title 15 of the U.S. Code.
