This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment of goods purchased via the website operated by Greater Golf House (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at greatergolfhouse.com. By placing an order, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms set forth herein.

We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the 50 states of the United States of America.
2.2 Expansion of Shipping Territories:
We reserve the right to expand our shipping destinations at our discretion. Customers are advised to consult this Policy periodically for updates.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Domestic Shipping Rates:
Standard Shipping: Greater Golf House uses USPS, FedEx, or UPS for all order shipments. Shipping rates are subject to change based on carrier rates.
Flat Rate Shipping: For any order eligible for Flat Rate Shipping, the rate will be set by any agreement made between Greater Golf House and our shipping carriers.
3.2 International Shipping Rates:
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
3.3 Customs Duties and Import Taxes:
Customers placing international orders are solely responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping cost. Currently, Greater Golf House does not offer international shipping.

All shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. No hidden fees will be applied.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST are typically processed on the same business day.
4.3 Orders on Weekends or Holidays:
Orders submitted on weekends or public holidays are typically processed on the next business day.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
5.1 Domestic Delivery Estimates:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4–10 business days. Greater Golf House makes no guarantees standard shipping orders will arrive within this estimated delivery window.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–4 business days. Greater Golf House makes no guarantees expedited shipping orders will arrive within this estimated delivery window.
Next Day Shipping: Estimated delivery on the next business day, excluding weekends and holidays. Greater Golf House makes no guarantees next day shipping orders will arrive within this estimated delivery window.
5.2 International Delivery Estimates:
Standard International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 14–21 business days. Currently, Greater Golf House does not offer international shipping.
5.3 Disclaimer:
All delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to variables outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs processing, tariffs and legal regulations, and inclement weather.
6. Shipping Methods and Carriers
6.1 Designated Carriers:
We utilize reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all orders.
Domestic Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx.
International Carriers: DHL, UPS International, FedEx International.
6.2 Shipment Tracking:
Tracking details will be emailed upon shipment confirmation and include the tracking number, carrier name, and a tracking link.
6.3 Shipment Insurance:
All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit. It is the customers responsibility to report issues promptly for resolution.

Customers will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and carrier information upon dispatch.

Visit the applicable carrier’s website. Enter the tracking number to view status and estimated delivery.

8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Delayed or Lost Shipments:
For delayed deliveries, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has lapsed.
For packages marked “Delivered” but not received:
(1) Confirm delivery address.
(2) Check with neighbors or building management.
(3) Contact our Customer Service for further support.
8.2 Damaged Deliveries:
Submit a damage report within 2 days of receipt. Provide photographic evidence of packaging and damaged items. Submitting a report may be sent to support@greatergolfhouse.com. Upon verification, we will facilitate a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Reporting Damage:
(1) Take photos of the damaged packaging and items.
(2) Contact us within 2 days of receipt at support@greatergolfhouse.com.
If damage is not reported within 2 days of receipt, Greater Golf House will assume improper use of the item(s) and may reserve the right to deny the return.
9. Missing Items
9.1 Reporting Procedure:
Customers must notify us of missing items within 2 days of receiving the shipment and include the order number and description of the missing item(s).
9.2 Resolution:
We will investigate the claim and, upon validation, issue a replacement shipment or a refund at our discretion. Investigation may include contacting the supplier, carrier, and/or customer. Investigations are thorough and may take time to complete.
10. Return and Refund Policy
10.1 Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Personalized or perishable items are not eligible for return.
10.2 Conditions of Return:
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Personalized, perishable, or otherwise non-returnable items are excluded from return eligibility.
10.3 Return Shipping Costs:
Customer-Initiated Returns: Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Company-Initiated Returns: We will bear return shipping costs for items sent in error or deemed defective.
10.4 Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods and issued to the original payment method, minus any appliable 25% restocking fee.
11. Incorrect Address
11.1 Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. No refund will be issued for incorrect address information.
11.2 Return Due to Incorrect Address:
If a package is returned due to an address error: (1) We will contact you to coordinate reshipment; (2) Additional shipping fees may apply. The item(s) will not be re-shipped prior to additional fees being received.
12. International Customs and Duties
12.1 Customs Clearance Delays:
International orders may be delayed due to customs processing. These delays are beyond our control.

The recipient is responsible for all applicable import duties and taxes.
